things too change.. please
1 February 2010 at 6:29am
first... i understand that this software is free and has less function/options then "original" CAD... that's ok... if it is possible i would appreciate to have some minor changes 1.) i am used to work with keyboard (typing commands in command line... l=line c=copy rr=rotate r=redraw...etc)... so it would be good to have the same functionality here (and without to click with a mouse every time in a command line too type a command) 2.) there are some bugs with printing... defining line thicknes through colors and printing it BW does result in printing all lines 0,000 mm... ok, it's not a big deal... working with line weights works fine 3.) less important... to have a PAPERSPACE 4.) snap to INTERSECTION needs two mouse clicks... ??? thank you

Hi, __ I've been working with this soft for several years (may be since 2004, also purchased a PRO license for my company), and it has really helped me a lot (even was able to open files that some true ACad versions couldn't) and, as hrvojehrvoje says, it's free, so only constructive suggestions should be made. __ 1) Having the option to manage paperspaces would be great, at least have the option to switch to model space if the file was saved in the other mode. __ 2) Allowing the use of any font installed in Windows would be nice too. __ 3) Of course, working with blocks and tangent snapping, as they were in A9CadPro... __ 4) On the other hand, there is a bug in the "Active document settings" window, into the "Line" tab: despite you specify to use Color, Lineweight and Linetype by layer, if you close your drawing, the next time you open it Lineweight has turned to "0" and Linetype to "CONTINUOUS"... and you don't realize about it until you print your drawing (may be this is related with the bug hrvojehrvoje mentions in point 2). If you select again the "BYLAYER" option it works ok, until end of session. __ 5) Also, there is a great difference if you regen your drawing prior to print it, and I think that the printer data should be at maximum detail as a default. Also, if the drawing is somewhat extense, the printed output only has good quality in the area corresponding to the one showed on screen and if Regen was applied. __ Please, do not consider, at all, the prior two paragraphs as complaints, but wishes to improve the program. __ Best regards, and keep up the good work.
